At CHC Wellbeing, we are constantly looking for ways to advance our services and provide a better experience for our clients and their employees. To that end, we recently implemented a change that will enhance our walking program. This summer, we are transitioning to a new step data vendor, which will improve the accuracy and timing of step data pulled from various activity tracking devices.
This transition will require that employees briefly re-link their devices in our member portal. This will take place between July 31st and August 31st. We will reach out to all participants in advance to make sure they have the information needed to make an easy transition.
